You can delete your account yourself. This can only be done once you have logged in to your account.

You will need to navigate to your profile settings and select the ‘Delete Account’ button.

This will trigger the deletion of your account. Your data will be deleted, however, any data related to the provision of healthcare services such as NHS prescriptions and private treatment plans will need to be held for statutory purposes as outlined in our data retention policy. This is our legal obligation as part of the services that we provide. The data is held in a secure database in the UK and is only used for regulatory and compliance purposes.
