Yes. You can add special instructions for your delivery directly in the checkout flow on NowPatient.
When you're placing your order, you'll see a freeform text box where you can type any specific requests you have for the delivery. This includes things like:
Requesting delivery on a particular day
Asking for smaller or discreet packaging
Leaving notes for the courier (e.g. safe place to leave the parcel, building access details)
Any other preferences relating to how your order is delivered
Just enter your instructions in the box before completing your order, and our fulfilment team will see them when preparing your shipment. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though some instructions may depend on the courier service used for your delivery.
