Step 1 - Go to the tools page. Select Book GP Appointment. You can select the star icon on the tool and this will create a shortcut on your dashboard for ease of future use
Step 2 - If you have created your NowPatient account with NHS Login credentials, move to Step 3. If you have created a NowPatient account with your email, request your NHS Linkage codes and enter them into the tool to activate the feature.
Step 3 - To Book your appointment, use the action button 'Book Appointment' on the Book GP Appointment tool.
Step 4 - Now select your preferred time and date for the booking.
Step 5 - You will now be presented with available booking slots and available doctors. Select the combination that you would like to choose.
Step 6 - Now add a brief summary of the reason for the booking.
Step 7 - After confirming the booking, you will receive a confirmation notification which will be available in your ‘My Notifications’ on your dashboard.
