Step 1 - Go to the dashboard, where you will find the NHS Online Pharmacy Service Card under 'NHS services'

Step 2 - From the Service Card, select 'Actions' and then select 'Order prescription'

Step 3 - You will see a list of your medications you can order

Step 4 - Select the medication you wish to order and 'Add to cart'

Step 5 - You will see a popup modal, confirming that your medication has been added to the Cart

Step 6 - Using the navigation menu, select 'Cart'. You will now see a popup modal requesting your exemption status

Step 7 - Select whether you pay or are exempt for each medication you have ordered. Once complete, select 'Next'

Step 8 - If you have selected an exemption, you will be required to give us the exemption reason for each medication

Step 9 - Finalise your exemption by providing your declaration. Once complete, select 'Next'

Step 10 - If your GP practice allows us to deliver personal messages, then a modal will pop up, asking if you would like to leave a message

Step 11 - If you want to leave a message, select ‘Yes’ and a new modal will pop up which will allow you to leave the personalised message, after which you can ‘send’

Step 12 - Check the items in your order are correct and click 'Checkout' to proceed

Step 13 - On the 'Shipment' screen, firstly select your preferred delivery option

Step 14 - From the same screen, scroll down and select your preferred shipping address

Step 15 - Now check the order total is correct and proceed to 'Checkout securely'

Step 16 - Complete the payment

Step 17 - Your order is now placed. View the live time line status of your order by visiting the Orders section of the dashboard. Alternatively, you will also receive email, push and in-app notifications
