Step 1 - Go to the tools page. Select NHS Online Pharmacy. You can select the star icon on the tool and this will create a shortcut on your dashboard for ease of future use
Step 2 - Using the action button, select ‘Order prescription’
Step 3 - Now select the medications you wish to order and select ‘Add to cart’
Step 4 - You can complete the checkout by selecting an exemption or paying the standard charge for NHS prescriptions. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or by Apple pay
Step 5 - You can view live status updates of your order in ‘My Notifications’ located on your dashboard
Step 6 - When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code in ‘My Notifications’. This will allow you to track the order in transit
Step 7 - When your order is delivered, we will send you a link that shows you photographic proof of delivery in ‘My Notifications’
