Is this service free?

Yes. Other Useful Resources is a free service available to all registered NowPatient users.

Do I need to complete my Health Profile to access Other Useful Resources?

No. Other Useful Resources are available to all registered NowPatient users regardless of whether you have completed your Health Profile. These resources provide open access to NHS health information without personalization.

How is Other Useful Resources different from Personalized Learning?

Other Useful Resources provides access to the complete NHS health information library, allowing you to browse any topic regardless of your personal health profile. Personalized Learning automatically curates content specifically matched to your conditions and medications. Both services complement each other: use Personalized Learning for targeted information about your health, and Other Useful Resources to explore any additional topics of interest.

How do I access Other Useful Resources?

Navigate to your account homepage and scroll to the ‘Other Useful Resources’ section. You will see a series of Service Cards - one for each resource category. Access each resource using the Options Menu on the relevant Service Card.

How do I open each resource from its Service Card?
