NowPatient uses sophisticated booking architecture to ensure that clinical resources are always productive. To ensure that we remain productive, we have a threshold of TWO missed booking appointments before we revoke your service booking rights. You will, of course, be notified after each missed booking. If you believe this is incorrect or that there were genuine reasons for your missed appointments, you can raise a ticket with the support desk.
I am not able to book consultations because I missed a few appointments. What can I do?
